The injection-molded tubular headrest holder (10) is made of flexible material and comprises an elongated body (12) with outer part (18) and axial circular hole (B) containing the support bar. At least two pairs (P1, P2, P3, P4) of compressible ridges (20) are integrated in the inner part (16) of the main body and extend lengthwise along it. The ridges protrude radially to engage frictionally with the support bar. At least two side-plates (22) are integral with the ridges and protrude radially over a distance less than that by which the ridges protrude.
