<p>An ameliorant capable of enhancing the remedial effect of IFN-α on hepatitis C; a remedial composition for hepatitis C which contains IFN-α and IFN-η as the active ingredients and further contains a pharmacologically acceptable carrier; a remedial kit for hepatitis C which contains an IFN-α preparation and an IFN-η preparation; and a remedy for hepatitis C which comprises administering IFN-α simultaneously with IFN-η to an examinee or administering IFN-η before the administration of IFN-α. These are effective in keeping the HCV-RNA possessed by a patient negative, and are extremely useful in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C intractable with IFN-α and conventionally difficult to remedy.</p> |
