<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliability high resistance type sheath interrupter which suppresses the occurrence of partial discharge on the surface of a part of high resistance caused by cutting an outside semiconductor layer. SOLUTION: A pressing tape 2 is applied to a thin thickness portion caused by cutting an outside semiconductor layer itself for heightening the electrical resistance of the outside semiconductor layer. A residue component selected from acetophenone,α-methyl styrene, cuminylalcohol, or alkyl phenylketone having a phenyl group or a ketone group in a molecule are applied to, or are impregnated into the press tape.</p> |
