Optical input circuit with reception diode

The circuit consists of a transformer (7), semiconductor element (9), operational voltage source (4), voltage source (19), capacitors (5,8,12,15) and resistors (3,11,14,16,18) in addition to the reception diode (1). An electrode of another semiconductor element (10) is linked to the reference electrode of the first semiconductor element. The middle tap of the transformer is connected to the first semiconductor element's input electrode via a capacitor (8), and the transformer coil end is directly coupled to the electrode of the second semiconductor element, whose further electrode is pref. linked to the circuit earth.
