PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting heat resistant insulated wire which is hardly reduced in insulating resistance value after allowed to stand in a high- temperature atmosphere, and shows satisfactory bending resistance by constituting at least one layer of a multilayered insulating layer by use of a heat resisting organic fiber of polybenzazole. SOLUTION: At least one of a multilayered insulating layer 14 is formed of a heat resistant organic fiber, and made into a type requiring to heat resistant insulating coating film by setting the insulating resistance after heating at 475 deg.C for 7 hr in atmosphere to 50 MΩ or more, or setting the insulating resistance value after heating at 400 deg.C for 7 hr in atmosphere to 100 MΩ or more. As the heat resistant organic fiber, polybenzazole fiber is suitably used. The multilayered insulating layer 14 shows a high insulating value, after being heated at 475 deg.C close to 500 deg.C where organic fibers are carbonized or at 400 deg.C where the carbonization is gradually progressed, whereby a heat resistant insulating film 16 is dispensed with. Further, the outermost layer of the multi layered insulating layer 14 can be formed of a smooth organic polymer fiber, and high- temperature bending resistance can be improved, compared with one having a heat resistant insulating film. |
