PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid tangled wiring in the case of wiring changeover, to attain miniaturization, to reduce the cost and to decrease the connection loss. SOLUTION: The device is made up of an input side connection panel 2100 having input ports 2111-211n, an output side connection panel 2500 having output ports 2511-251n, an input side matrix arrangement panel 2200 of a lattice structure facing the input side connection panel, an output side matrix arrangement panel 2300 of a lattice structure facing the output side connection panel, and a turning means that turns the an input side matrix arrangement panel by 90 degrees. After other ends of fiber cables 2101-210n with optical connectors whose one-ends connect to the input ports are inserted to matrix positions corresponding to the input side matrix arrangement panel, the an input side matrix arrangement panel is turned by 90 degrees, and then inserted to matrix positions corresponding to the output side matrix arrangement panel and connect to the output ports 2511-251n. |
