PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively execute ventilation necessary for an emergency motor- generator disposed near the coast or a cold region by driving a ventilating opening shutter by a hydraulic mechanism so as to operate even in the case of closure due to wind pressure at the time of rusting due to salt damage, freezing due to a drop in the ambient temperature or a typhoon disaster. SOLUTION: To open or close blades 24a to 24f of the shutter, hydraulic pressure generated by a hydraulic driver 21 is supplied to a hydraulic cylinder 14. The driver is associated integrally with a shutter body 20. A shutter forcibly opening means for eliminating a hydraulic difference between both sides of a piston of the cylinder regardless of the state immediately before at the time of a fault in a power source to automatically set the shutter to an open state by springs 29a, 29b is provided. |
