Torque limiter with inlet and discharge parts

A torque transfer part (17) can engage with and be disengaged from, the torque inlet part (11) and torque discharge part. A torque regulator (14) holds the torque transmission part in an engaged position when the required torque is lower than a set amount. A ball bearing structure (30) supports the torque input and discharge (12) parts. The ball parts (33) are on two points on an outer (31) and inner (32) groove surface on the inner periphery of the torque discharge part and outer periphery of the torque input part respectively.
