Plastics holder for mounting pipes on objects

The holder has a pipe socket and a cavity (12) for the captive hold of the fixing part (7). A retaining device in the cavity positions and holds the fixing part in the pre-assembly position so that the fixing part does not project axially over the holder. The cavity has a tool inlet opening (14) on the side of the holder remote from the object and a bearing face (15) which serves as the final assembly position is provided on the base of the cavity for the head of the fixing part. The retaining device has at least two swivel tongues (20) in the wall of the cavity each with a retaining member (13) for holding the radially projecting section (8) of the fixing part.
