PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform on-off operation driven by an electric motor as well as to effectively restrain the generation of abrasion on the sliding surfaces of a gear pair and a side plate. SOLUTION: Oil reservoir parts 31, 41 for receiving, stopping, and holding hydraulic oil during the operation are formed on the side surfaces of the tooth parts 3a, 4a of a driving gear 3 and a driven gear 4 for constituting a gear pair. Retained oil in oil retaining parts 31, 41 performs the lubricating action for a part between the facing surfaces of the side surfaces of the driving gear 3 and the driven bear 4 and side plates 12 in restarting after the stop of the operation, and abnormal abrasion of the facing surfaces is prevented. |
