PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making coffee having a small bubbled foam layer. SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 is provided with at least one inlet 4 for dripping coffee and an outlet 6.1 or 6.2 for discharging dripped coffee with a slight bubbly layer. The inlet 4 is provided with at least one jet 8.1 or 8.2. The jets 8.1, 8.2 make the jet stream of dripped coffee rise, when dripped coffee is supplied to the inlet 4. A liquid passage extended between the inlet 4 and the outlet 6.1 or 6.2, is provided with a buffer reservoir 10. This buffer reservoir 10 is placed far from the jets 8.1, 8.2 and the outlets 6.1, 6.2. The buffer reservoir 10 is located so that dripped coffee is jetted out from the outlets to the liquid surface of dripped coffee which has already been contained in the buffer reservoir 10, when used. Therefore, fine bubbles are formed in the dripped coffee. |
