<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a more natural presentation capable of displaying screens without any special tool, by detecting the apparent length and direction of a specified formed object by making the specified formed object face toward the screen at the time of displaying a screen and displaying a pseudo pointing rod in an effective form on the display screen based on information. SOLUTION: Picture data on the screen 202 and around the screen are composited with picture information, which is displayed by a projection device 203 at present by a control part. Data of the picture, which are obtained by composition, namely, picture data without a demonstrator 201 are compared with digital picture data, which are previously obtained, and different area is extracted. Thus, the picture part of the demonstrator in front of the whole display screen is extracted. The position, the direction and the length showing the pseudo pointing rod 206 are calculated so that a point on the display area which the demonstrator points by using the specified formed objet 205 is pointed from the information and the pseudo pointing rod 206 in the previously decided form is displayed.</p> |
