PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake air silencer having the high silencing effect with its compact structure, and able to prevent the intake air temperature from rising and the ventilation resistance from being increased. SOLUTION: An expansion chamber 5 to function as an expansion silencer, an air cleaner chamber 6 to function as an expansion silencer, and a resonator chamber 7 to function as a resonance silencer are integrally formed on a main body part 4 of an intake air silencer 3, and the air cleaner chamber 6 and the resonator chamber 7 communicate with each other by a communication part 215 . One end of a first intake duct 8 is projected into the expansion chamber 5, the other end communicates with the atmosphere, one end of a second intake duct 9 is projected into the expansion chamber 5 so as to face one end of the first intake duct 8, the other end is projected into the air cleaner chamber 6, and one end of a third intake duct 11 is projected into the air cleaner chamber 6 and connected to an element 10. |
