PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preheating method in the manufacturing process for a rubber crawler for shortening the vulcanizing time to a large extent to improve productivity and preventing effectively troubles at the time of molding such as the generation of premature vulcanization and the adhesion of materials. SOLUTION: An induction heating device 61 (preheating device) for preheating a preformed continuous product is set in the vicinity of the side of a vulcanizing press device 7 of a preforming device 6. The induction heating device 61 is used for heating a reinforced code tensile body such as a core bar or a steel cord by utilizing the induction heating applied from the lower section and the upper section of the preformed product to shorten the heating time for the vulcanizing press device 7 in the following process.
