PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression molding and transferring apparatus of cooked rice, capable of readily and surely regulating the thickness of the plate like cooked rice, and stably supplying the plate like cooked rice having prescribed thickness to the following step. SOLUTION: This compression molding and transferring apparatus of cooked rice has a mutually facing pair of cooked rice-compressing and intermittently conveying structures 3 and 4 arranged at a desired distance so as to freely rotate, one of which is fixed to a frame 2 so as to freely rotate, and the other of which is pivotally supported by a rotatably moving plate 5 pivotally supported so as to freely rotatably move in the right and left direction around a roller axis 3d at the upper end. One terminal of a swinging arm 24 pivotally supported by the frame 2 is freely rotatably connected with the rotatably moving plate 5, and a feed screw bar 27 is screwed to a screw hole penetrating the other terminal. The rotating direction and rotating number is constituted so as to be detected by a signal cam 35 fixed to the axis of a motor 32 and a sensor 34, and controlled through an inverter by the detected signal. |
