Floating treatment assembly for bodies of water

In a floating assembly to treat standing inland waters, the novelty is that: (a) the water which is to be regenerated is sucked up (1); (b) the algae suspended in the water are removed within one or more mechanical filter basins (2); (c) pollutants and nutrients are removed from the water in biological filter basins using suitable plants (3); (d) the water is aerated and (e) returned to the inland water from which it was first drawn. Preferably the individual basins have a rain-cover. Following regeneration of the water, the basins are removed and transferred to another site.
