PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent welding failure by simplifying maintenance such as the replacement work of an ultrasonic welding horn and securing an oscillator and an ultrasonic welding horn to the side of a press machine accurately in an ultrasonic welding apparatus for weld joining resin parts. SOLUTION: An oscillator 31 and an ultrasonic horn 32 are incorporated previously, and an oscillator unit 30 cover supported by a case 33 is slide mounted on the inner surface of a support rail 21 of a press table at a touch so as to prevent the positional displacement thereof in front and rear and left and right directions by a ball plunger mechanism or the like as well as the positional displacement in the vertical direction in abutment of respective inclined surfaces 26, 36 between the inner surface of the support rail 21 and the outer surface of the case 33, thereby simplifying a maintenance work of the ultrasonic horn 32 and making an ultrasonic welding work possible accurately. |
