<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately preserve sauce and food, and to mix them in the cooking process, by forming a bag body and a small bag in a part of the bag body which are formed of a heat resistant and pressure resistant film, etc., providing a first valve element between the bag body and the outside, and a second valve element between the small bag and the bag body, and setting the pressure- tightness of the first valve element to be higher. SOLUTION: A packaging bag 10 for microwave oven cooking is formed by folding the heat resistant and pressure resistant film, etc., at a folding part 10a, and the rest of three sides are thermally fused to form sealed parts 10b, 10c, 10d. A bag body 11 is provided with a first valve element 13 communicable with the outside. A small bag 15 is formed at the side of the bag body 11 by a seal part 14 parallel to the sealed part 10d, and a second valve element 16 is formed between the small bag 15 and the bag body 11. Because the proof- pressure of the first valve element 13 is set to be higher than that of a second valve element 16, the second valve element 16 is opened first when heated in a microwave oven, and the sauce, etc., in the small bag is ejected into the bag body 11. The sauce is applied in the cooking process, and tastefully heat- cooked.</p> |
