PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection preventing film of which the optical characteristic is excellent and from which a satisfactory reflection color is obtainable, by sequentially laminating from a substrate side a first and a second layer composed of an optically absorbing material and a third layer having a refractive index in a specific range. SOLUTION: A reflection preventing film 10 is composed of a first layer 1 of an optically absorbing material, a second layer 2 of an optically absorbing material, and a third layer 3 of a refractive index in a range of 1.3-1.7 which are sequentially laminated on a holding layer 11 composed of a plastic, etc. The first layer 1 is composed of such a material as, desirably, for example a conductive material, more desirably, metallic nitride, for example titanium nitride and zirconium nitride, titanium nitride containing tungsten as an impurity, etc. Further, a film thickness of the first layer 1 is preferably 2-25 nm. The second layer 2 is composed of, for example, silicon oxide. The third layer 3 is composed of, for example, SiO2 (refractive index = 1.45). |
