PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watering system for plants, etc., which utilizes wind power to drive an electric watering pump in order to effectively and rationally utilize wind the energy on site for specific purposes. SOLUTION: Electric power generated by a wind power generator 10 and a solar cell 20 is stored in a battery 45. The electric power stored in the battery 45 is supplied to an electric watering pump 50 disposed in a precipitate reservoir 60 at a given time hour for a given duration that are preset by a timer 47 to drive the watering pump 50. Water in the precipitate reservoir 60 is supplied to plants 1-3 via watering members such as a hose 52 or spraying tube 55.
