The claimed composition comprises 50-100 wt parts of oxidized graphite modified with acetic acid with expansion degree of 40-50 at 140-150 C per 100 wt parts of chloroprene rubber. The claimed method also comprises organic solvent. Said composition makes it possible to prepare material having high fireproof ability within 140-150 C or higher and high mechanical strength which meets requirements or economy and ecology.
