The invention relates to a two-piece housing (1) for pressure sensors having a lower part (2) serving as process connection and an upper part (3) for accommodating components, thus containing at least most of the electric and electronic components. The invention is characterized in that assembly of the lower part (2) and the upper part (3) of the inventive housing (1) is particularly easy and sure. This is achieved in that the lower part (2) and the upper part (3) are interconnected via an elastic press fit, and that there are straight surfaces (6) and curved surfaces (7) around the press fit.
