<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance, flexibility by coating an opeque and fusible soft synthetic resin protective layer to one side of a hose wall for unification, in the hose having wall formed of mainly polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin, and reinforced with hard spiral body. SOLUTION: In a hose 1 composed of a hose wall 2, a hard reinforcement 3 and a protecting layer 4, the hose wall 2 is mainly formed of a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin. The head reinforcement 3 is of a hard synthetic resin, and the protecting layer 4 is formed of an opaque soft synthetic resin, and the reinforcement 3 and protecting layer 4 are thermally fused and integrated to the hose wall 2. The hose 1 is spirally rolled with a soft tape extruded from an extruder in a state with the hard reinforcement 3 included inside, and adjacent side edges are fused together, forming the hose wall 2, and simultaneously it is manufactured by rolling and fusing a soft synthetic resin tape onto an outer surface of the hose wall 2 to form the protecting layer 4.</p> |
