SOLUTION: A small amount of high concentration ozone gas is generated in an ozone generator 13 and in an injector 15, the ozone gas is sucked and mixed as fine bubbled with bath water being pumped up to a filtration part 11 by operation of a circulating pump 10 and in the filtration part 11, Escherichia coli and other various germs in the bath water and adhering to the surface of the filtration material of the filtration part 11 are disinfected by ozone and the ozone gas in the finely bubbling state introduced into the filtration part.
