FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: perfluoroorganic emulsion is prepared by jet passing a mixture of perfluoroorganic compounds with proxanol solution through homogenizer under pressure 700-1000 atm and cooling from +24 to +34 C followed by the further cyclic homogenization. For emulsion preparing mixtures consisting of bi-, tri- or tetraperfluoroorganic compounds are taken: perfluorooctide bromide, perfluorodecaline, perfluoromethylcyclohexylpiperidine, perfluorotributylamine at different ratio. Mixtures are emulsified with proxanol with addition of physiologically acceptable electrolyte solution to emulsion up to the required concentration. Invention provides making submicrone, monodispersed, multicomponent emulsions that are able to transfer oxygen and other gases and can be used in medicine for artificial blood, radio-opaque agents and medium for organs storage producing.
