摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent measuring accuracy from being affected even when a liquid in a container flows due to its transportation or the like by a method wherein the inside surface of the container for angle-of-inclination measurement, in which the liquid having a free level is housed is made to have a low-surface-tension characteristic. SOLUTION: For example, an automatic inclination correction device at a surveying instrument as an angle-of-inclination measuring apparatus is provided with a laser diode 1, with a housing container 3 through which a laser beam L is transmitted, with a Keplerian telescope 5 and with the like. The container 3 is composed of a transparent member such as a glass or the like, and its ceiling is tilted. Its inside is coated with a fluororesin film 6 or the like which is excellent in a water-repellent property and an oil-repellent property, and, e.g. silicone coil C is sealed at the inside. Then, when the automatic inclination correction device is tilted byθ1, the laser beam L is refracted by the silione oil C inside the container 3, the laser beam is radiated so as to be tilted byθ3 from the telescope 5, and its radiation direction becomes always vertial whenθ3=θ1 is set. Since the silicone oil C is not stock to the surface 3a of the container 3, the correction accuracy of the automatic inclination correction device becomes stable.
