PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily constructible electrical apparatus causing no uncomfortable noise during the operation or with impact. SOLUTION: This electrical apparatus is provided with a driving motor 28 and a fan 31 having a fan base 32 crossing a motor shaft 29 of the driving motor 28 at right angles approximately, and a fan plate 35 facing the fan 31 and the fan base 32 with a clearance formed between the fan plate 35 and each of the fan 31 and the fan base 32 is fixed to the motor shaft 29. When the fan 31 is tilted, the fan 31 collides against the fan plate 35 so as to be restricted.
