Thin light plane producing apparatus for photographic detection of objects

The apparatus produces thin light planes for the photographic determination of objects, with a light unit, an aperture shutter, a projection objective, a mirror arrangement and a camera. A light plane is producible using a single projection system, axially to the optical axis of the camera, and is vertically incident to the optical axis. A light beam aligned from the light unit is projectable through the aperture figure shutter and the projection objective as a light aperture figure. This figure is produced in a mirror arrangement by reflecting a symmetrical light plane. The light unit may use a laser source.
