PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove reinforcement steel rods or the like from waste concrete including steel rods to use them as a recycling raw material and spare the treatment cost of the waste. SOLUTION: A skeleton bucket of an inner backhoe in a heavy construction machine is used. The lateral sashes 2 of a skeleton bucket body 6 are used as an electric magnet which is buil-in in the skeleton bucket body 6. Direct currents are applied in the electric magnet while loading waste concrete including reinforcement steel rods on a truck and the wast is screened by the skeleton bucket. In this time, reinforcements or the like are attracted to the magnets of the skeleton bucket body 6 and only waste concrete screened by the bucket drops on the truck. Or when the bucket body 6 is erected to dump the contents, as the reinforcements or the like are left thereon as they are attracted to the magnets, only waste concrete is discharged on the truck. The reinforcements or the like are dumped on the yard for the reinforcements men the electric magnet is disconnected. By this repeated motion, reinforcements or the like can be separated from waste concrete. |
