The beam element (1) comprises a support slab (100) with girders (3, 3`) inside. The support slab is formed from a number of synthetic foam insulation panels. Concrete girders are cast in between the panels. A support girder made from concrete extends along one slab edge. Male and/or female profiles in the foam panels face the girders to enable them to be secured in between the panels. An Independent claim is also included for the method of making the beam element. |
