PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material cooking sheet capable of efficiently shifting a taste component and/or an aroma component to a food material. SOLUTION: For this food material cooking sheet 10, respective tissues 18 and 20 provided with flexibility are provided between coating layers 12 and 14 provided with water permeability and the flexibility composed of nonwoven fabric, a water absorbing layer 22 composed of fluff pulp is provided between the respective tissues 18 and 20, a fine seasoning 16 containing the taste component and/or the aroma component is mixed in the fluff pulp of the water absorbing layer 22 and the seasoning 16 is dispersed and interposed between the respective coating layers 12 and 14. The respective coating layers 12 and 14 are mutually piled up and joined. In such a manner, the food material cooking sheet 10 is provided with the flexibility, and in the imitation of the food material 24, one coating layer 12 is tightly adhered to the outer surface of the food material 24 over a wide range and the taste component and/or the aroma component of the seasoning 16 is shifted to the food material 24. |
