摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high coupling coefficient and prevent lowering of impedance at a high frequency, by forming an annular fired body made of soft magnetic ferrite powder having a plurality of winding coils formed therein, in a fired body made of non-magnetic ceramics, and then forming an external electrode at an end portion. SOLUTION: On a non-magnetic green sheet 1, a lower conductor 2 made of a conductor paste is formed by using a printing method. Next, an annular compact made of a magnetic ferrite 3 is formed on the lower conductor 2 by a printing method or the like. Then, an upper conductor 4 is formed to be connected to the lower conductor 2 by using a conductor paste, in such a manner that a conductor coil is formed on the annular compact of the magnetic ferrite 3. In addition, a non-magnetic powder paste 5 is used to mold the whole body. Thus, an inexpensive element of a low height which realizes a high coupling coefficient, less lowering of impedance at a high frequency, excellent high-frequency characteristics, and good productivity is manufactured.
