BOOSTER PUMP-AND-COMPRESSOR PLANT

摘要

FIELD: drilling and running of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: design peculiarities of proposed plant allow it to be operated under three conditions: usage of exhaust gases of operating internal combustion engine, usage of casing-head gas of relatively low pressure ( 0.2-0.8 MPa) and usage of casing-head gas of relatively high pressure ( over 0.8 MPa ). For operation under first condition pressure pipe-line communicates with one end via check valve and first gate valve with exhaust branch pipe of internal combustion engine and with other end - with intake pipe booster pump via second gate valve. For operation under other two conditions pressure pipe-line is fitted with two tees communicating it selectively with two independent sources of low- and high-pressure casing-head gases.
