PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the cause of trouble easily regardless of the skill of individual worker by presuming the cause of insufficient suction automatically based on the results of total suction/mounting error and the results of record of modification in the mounting conditions of facility. SOLUTION: Suction errors and mounting errors occurring at the time of mounting electronic components are totalized at a suction/mounting error totalizing section 1. The suction nozzle and the number of Z-axis are recorded simultaneously with the error. On the other hand, the times when a cassette, a nozzle and a component reel are replaced are registered at a section 2 for recording modification of the facility conditions. When specified conditions are satisfied, the cause of insufficient suction/mounting is presumed at a trouble cause presuming section 3. A suction/mounting rate is set and when the suction rate or the mounting rate drops below the set level due to frequency occurrence of troubles, the cause of trouble can be presumed automatically. |
