A threaded fastener (32) including a nut (10) and a bolt (30) with the nut (10) including a ring section (14) and a nut section (12) with the nut section (12) having a main body portion (16) and a neck portion (18) with the neck portion (18) adapted to be moved into the ring section (14) and to be moved radially inwardly such that the threads in the neck portion (18) are moved into compressive engagement with the engaged threads of the bolt (30) to provide prevailing torque structure resisting loosening of the nut member (10) from the bolt (30).
