摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional ceramics joining element useful for providing a compact transformer device into which an element is incorporated, by surely joining functional ceramics to each other for miniaturization without damaging a function which the functional ceramics joining element has. SOLUTION: A functional ceramics joining element 5 is constituted by joining functional ceramics 1 and 1 to each other with a joining material 2 in between. The joining material 2 comprises borosilicate lead glass whose glass transition temperature is 350 deg.C and conductive material which contains paste-like Ag. The percentage by weight of low-temperature fusing glass to the joining material 2 has a range of 2-25 wt.%, and that of the conductive material to the joining material 2 has a range of 75-98 wt.%. The borosilicate lead glass in such a joining material 2 as this is fused at low temperature at which a function of the functional ceramics 1 is not deteriorated, and the functional ceramics 1 and 1 is surely joined to each other.</p>
