PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which can give a vulcanizate excellent invibration-damping properties and vibration-deadening properties and strengths as well as heat resistance, weathering resistance, and dynamic fatigue resistance by mixing an unsaturated olefinic copolymer comprising ethylene, an aromatic vinyl compound and a nonconjugated tri- or tetra-ene with an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: An unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) obtained from ethylene, an aromatic vinyl compound represented by the formula (wherein R<1> to R<3> are each H or a 1-8C alkyl; and n is 0-5), a nonconjugated tri- or tetra-ene and optionally a 3-20Cα-olefin is mixed with an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (B) in a component A/component B ratio of 1/99 to 99/1 by weight. Component A is desirably a copolymer having an ethylene/α-olefin ratio of 100/0 to 40/60 by mole and an (ethylene +α-olefin)/aromatic vinyl compound ratio of 99.5/0.5 to 70/30 by mole.
