<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which controls a computer included in a dental equipment, and to provide a control method. <P>SOLUTION: The control device and method controls the computer included in the dental equipment, wherein the dental equipment (100) has: at least the computer (101) and a display (111) for the same, which are functionally connected to each other; dental units (102, 104); and the control device including control means (112, 116, 117) for controlling at least the functions of the computer and the dental units.
