It is controlled by units with variable internal registers which are update on frame basis and are used for modulation of characteristics which are sent through communication channel, determine filter and represent background noise. Receiver has units for detection of frame loss and units for recovery of lost frames by means of restriction on update of at least one variable in internal registers.
