PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visually, and to enable the analysis or interpretation of the measured result to be excatly and efficiently performed by displaying the section, for which real measured data and used, of three-dimensional (3D) image or the like in any state different from that of section using interpolated data. SOLUTION: In an image display screen, a left half screen G1 is for displaying the 3D image, a lower right half screen G2 is for displaying the image of the plane, and an upper right half screen G3 is for displaying the image of the cross-sectional drawing. On this image display screen, a 3D image 3D, image up of the plane and images SEC1 and SEC2 of the cross-sectional drawing are displayed. After processing for preparing the interpolated data based on the measured data of form of an object is performed, processing is executed for generating the 3D image or both the 3D image and a 2D image while using the measured data and the prepared interpolated data. Relating to the generated image, the section using the measured data and the section using the interpolated data are displayed in the mutually different states. |
