<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the power supply wiring construction of a sensor circuit by providing a power supply means to a response equipment and supplying a power from a response equipment side to the sensor circuit. SOLUTION: An interrogator 50a modulates a command and the like by a modulation circuit 12 with a transmitter 10 as a carrier and transmits it to a responder 51a via an antenna 3a. The responder 51a demodulates a modulation signal that is received by the antenna 4 by a detector 5 and outputs it to a control circuit 6. The control circuit 6 extracts a command from a signal that is inputted from the detector 5 and interprets data. For example, a command for enabling data to be read from a sensor circuit 16 is issued, the control circuit 6 turns on a switch circuit 15 according to a control signal and supplies a power from a power supply circuit 14 to the sensor circuit 16. When the control circuit 6 reads output data from the sensor circuit 16, it breaks a power supply to the sensor circuit 16 by a control signal, outputs the output data of the sensor circuit 16 to a modulation circuit 8, modulates a non-modulation interrogation signal from an interrogator 50a and reflects it to the interrogator 50a.</p> |
