PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently and effectively reduce rear bar vibrations generated on a picture formed on a cathode-ray tube(CRT) for image display, without requiring large components, such as a high-voltage resistance capacitor connected to the secondary side of flyback transformer. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a cathode drive circuit part 12 for generating a cathode current detection output signal to be changed corresponding to the cathode current of CRT 10, a horizontal deflection circuit part 16, including a horizontal output part 25 provided with a damping part 27 for the vibrations of horizontal deflecting current, while supplying the horizontal deflecting current corresponding to an output signal generated from a horizontal oscillation part 23 to a deflection coil 26 provided on the CRT 10, together with the horizontal oscillation part 23 to control its oscillation frequency through an AFC circuit part 21, and a phase correction signal forming part 14 for controlling the phase of an output signal generated from the horizontal oscillation part 23 by forming a phase correction signal, by executing filtering processing to the cathode current detection output signal from the cathode drive circuit part 12, and supplying that phase correction signal to the AFC circuit part 21. |
