Method of allocating authorisations for symmetrical encoding and decoding data in computer network

The method is used to allocated authorisations for symmetrical encoding and decoding of data in a computer network and/or a personal computer using the public key cryptography. Three keys i.e. a triple key, are used. A first of these is a secret data key. A second is a secret user key. A third is used as a public user key. The relationship between the three keys satisfy predetermined equations. The same secret user key may be used in different triple keys. Also the same secret data key may be used in different triple keys.
