SPIRAL SWIRLING TYPE FOREIGN MATTER/CLEANING MATTER SEPARATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate count error of cleaning matter at the time of constant collection while preventing recirculation of foreign matters by imparting an turning flow and an upward swirling flow, respectively on the lower side and upper side, to foreign matters and cleaning matters, separating them by the difference of specific gravity and discharging the foreign matters to the outside of the system and feeding the cleaning matters to a circulation/collection line or a counter. SOLUTION: A foreign matter/cleaning matter inlet pipe 1 is coupled with a cleaning matter catcher collecting cleaning matters 10 used or cleaning thin tubs in a condenser and the collected cleaning matters 10 flow into a spiral swirling/separating chamber 2. In the spiral swirling/separating chamber 2, foreign matters (large) 8 is imparted with a turning flow while foreign matters (small) 9 and the cleaning matters 10 are imparted with a swirling flow by a swirling unit 3 disposed in the center of a shaft. The heavy foreign matters (large) 8 are precipitated on a bottom plate 7 while the foreign matters (light) 9 and the cleaning matters 10 float temporarily and then the foreign matters (light) 9 fall down to the lower side when passing through a spiral slit 5 due to the difference of shape. The cleaning matters 10 are floated upward and introduced through a cleaning matter outlet pipe 6 toward a circulation/collection line or a counter.
