PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately, smoothly and automatically give proper delivery indication by calculating a previously taking-out quantity of parts according to a production condition, and correcting a specific position so as to move in the production line upstream direction by the previously taking-out quantity. SOLUTION: A delivery indicating product number file D/B is corrected (S109) by developing it to time (a delivery indicating point) up to delivery indication after reading a necessary part, the necessary number per a single unit and a magnetic card from compressed specifications of a vehicle of a delivery indicating object by referring to delivery indicating time allocation D/B to show the relationship between the compressed specifications, a product number, the number and time up to delivery indication. In this way, a necessary number calculating part 50 functions as a delivery indicating point (specific position) calculating part. When vertual input is performed (S110), that is, when overtime work and holiday work are expected, corrective processing of a delivery indicating product number file D/B is performed while referring to an overtime work adjusting file D/B and the present time. |
