PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove bubbles in an ink feeding system, by disposing a branch valve at an intermediate part of ink tubes in order to remove air bubbles in an ink passage for feeding ink from an ink tank to an ink jet head. SOLUTION: In the device for manufacturing a color filter by discharging ink from a red-green-blue ink jet head 55 toward a color filter board 53 set on an XYθ stage 52, an air venting branch valve 554 is disposed at an intermediate part of ink tubes 553a, 553b in order to remove air bubbles in an ink passage for feeding ink from an ink tank 551 to the ink jet head 55 via a pump 559. Bubbles are vented along with the ink from the ink tubes 553a, 553b through a bubble venting branch valve 554 and discharged from a discharge tube 555. It is desirable to arrange the bubble venting branch valve 554 near a attaching and detaching part 552.
