PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an osteoplasty promoter capable of promoting a remarkable ossification by promoting the propagation of an osteal metrocyte by using fibrin as an active ingredient in ossification at an affected part by the injection of the osteal metrocyte. SOLUTION: This osteoplasty promoter includes fibrin as an active ingredient. Preferably, when utilizing an osteal metrocyte as a substrate for ossification by injecting the osteal metrocyte to a topical affected part, an osteal metrocyte- containing fibrin matrix is prepared by allowing a fibrinogen to coexist in a growth medium of the osteal metrocyte, and allowing thrombin to act on the growth medium, and a mixture of the osteal metrocyte and a fibrin lump is prepared therefrom and injected to an affected part. When the osteal metrocyte-containing fibrin matrix is prepared, the concentration of the osteal metrocyte is preferably 5×10<5> to 1×10<7> cells/mL, the concentration of the fibrinogen is preferably 80mg/mL, and the concentration of the thrombin is preferably 250 unit. |
