PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a local part on the face of a VDT worker whose hippocampus body, pineal body, etc., in the brain core are apt to be contaminated, and prevent the asthenopia, by electromagnetically covering at least the half face with an electromagnetic wave-shielding substance. SOLUTION: A pair of goggles 1 are provided with the outside constituted of an electromagnetic wave-shielding substance 3 layer and the face side constituted of a ceramics 4 layer. The electromagnetic shield substance 3 shields the electromagnetic wave advancing from the outside into the brain core and the ceramics 4 operates on the organs of the human body so as to eliminate the asthenopia. Ceramics having characteristics of radiating far infrared rays of the wavelength in the range of 3-20μm are used as this ceramics 4 layer. Heat insulating action of the far infrared rays radiated by the ceramics material is deeply related to the wavelength region of a material (human body) to receive it. Namely, not until the wavelength of the far infrared ray themselves and the absorbing wavelength of the human body for receiving it are the same, they are resonated, the vibration energy enhances them with each other, amplifies so as to be converted into the thermal energy, enlarge the blood capillary, and accelerates the blood flow.
