The milling machine comprises a pair of tables 3-3' located on either side of a bridge 1-2, in such a manner that, on the upper crosspiece of the latter, there is mounted, in a displaceable and guided manner, a transverse support 4 carrying a pair of vertical arms 6 on which the corresponding tools are mounted, which arms 6 are able to move towards one side or the other of the support 4 whilst the tool mounted on each of these arms 6 is able to move upwards/downwards and also to undergo a rotational movement, in such a manner that the combination of these movements produced by means of the actuation of respective motors makes it possible simultaneously to produce two symmetrical or identical components and to carry out simultaneous digitization work with one arm and milling with the other, after mounting the corresponding tool on one of the arms and a digitizer on the other. <IMAGE>
