<p>A water-base white pigment ink for ballpoints comprising titanium oxide, a complementary colorant consisting of a pigment or a pseudo-pigment prepared by dyeing a particulate resin with a dye, a resin emulsion, a thickening agent, water, a polar solvent and other additives, in which the mean particle diameter of the pigment is 100 nm or above, that of the pseudo-pigment is 200 nm of above, and that of the resin particles of the resin emulsion is 200 nm or above, and which has a viscosity of 500 to 5000 mPa.s. This ink makes it possible to draw a clear line having a color tone equivalent to that of a poster color event across writing paper having a dark hue, is stable event after long-term storage, and can smoothly flow without interruption to permit continuous writing. </p> |
